Check-in Procedure
Check in time is 4:00 pm
There is an electronic key pad on the door for access
Codes are sent out 3-5 days prior to stay
Bed and bath linens are provided but you will need to bring your own beach towels if needed.
Starter products provided at every house!
A starter roll of toilet paper and paper towels provided along with a hotel size bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and a garbage bag but you may want to bring extras depending on the length of your stay.
The kitchen is equipped to prepare and serve a basic meal
(pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, standard coffeemaker).

Check-Out Procedure
Check out by 10:00 AM
Remove all personal belongings
Take out all garbage and take trash cans to the road
Empty and clean refrigerator
Discard all food
Load and Start the dishwasher leaving no dirty dishes
Put dirty towels in bathroom
Sign out of apps used on smart tv
Lock all doors
